It means this miso has the memory of growing in Toyama. Ingredients are all from Toyama. Rice brand is "Tenkomori",late maturing variety. Soybean brand is "Enrei" having sweet and rich taste.

※How to open the cup
A special cup with air valve is selected for this miso because it continues breathing. Direction to open the cup is as follow;
1. Remove a attachment in the front. (Please refer the picture)
2. Just open the lid to the upward direction.
