ASARI NO MISOSHIRU (Miso soup with Clam)

Toyama miso goes well with seafood, like clams. This is simple recipe, you don't need to use bonito nor kelp extract.


Clam with shell 150g
Miso 2 tbs
Water 3 cups (600ml)
Mitsuba or Leek if you like

How to make ASARI NO MISOSHIRU (Miso soup with Clam)

Wash clams in water.
Put water in a pot and heat it. After boiling, put clams into the water.
When all clams open, finish to heat and melt miso.
Put Mitsuba or leek if you like.
