How to make ASARI NO MISOSHIRU (Miso soup with Clam)
- Wash clams in water.
- Put water in a pot and heat it. After boiling, put clams into the water.
- When all clams open, finish to heat and melt miso.
- Put Mitsuba or leek if you like.
