How to make SATOIMO NO YOGOSHI (Taro with Dengaku miso)
- Peel and wash taro. Freeze taro is also available.
- Put the taros into a pot with water and cook until the taros become soft.
- Cut taros in half and dress them with DENGAKU MISO.
DENGAKU MISO is sweet and has ginger and sesame flavor.
