TEBASAKI is a typical Japanese "Izakaya" menu. This recipe makes your dishes more delicious than izakaya (!)
You can also use chicken breast or chicken legs.

Chicken wing 200g
Grated ginger as you like
Sesame as you like
MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE 3 tbsp.
Water 3 tbsp.

How to make Tebasaki (Chicken wings)

Rub chicken with ginger. This step removes the smell of chicken.
