YAKI-ONIGIRI is a grilled rice ball. You can enjoy miso flavored YAKI-ONIGIRI with this recipe.
|Steamed rice||1 cup (300g)|
|DENGAKU MISO||3 tbs|
How to make YAKI-ONIGIRI
- Make 3 rice balls.
- Prepare oven (about 200℃) or oven toaster. Cover the oven plate with a baking paper.
- Bake rice balls for 10 min. Put DENGAKU MISO on both side of rice balls. Bake rice balls for another 10 min.
You can also use flying pan. Baking paper is helpful to hold the shape of onigiri.
