Tofu is the typical healthy Japanese food which contains full of proteins.
In Japan, Tofu has been eaten with ginger for a long time because Tofu has the effect cooling the body and ginger has the one warming the body. 
For this renewal, fresh ginger is added to this product.
Furthermore, for vegetarian people, the dashi stock has been switched to Shiitake mushroom one from fish one .
