ATUAGE is a thickly-slice deep-fried tofu. In Japan, Atuage is provided at any supermarket. Good combination with Japanese sake.
|ATSUAGE (thickly sliced fried tofu)||1 pack|
|Sesame oil||a little|
|MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE||2 tbsp.|
How to make ATSUAGE STEAK (Fried tofu steak)
- Slice ATSUAGE in 2cm-thick. Boil the snow peas (this is for decoration). Mix MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE and water in a cup.
- Put sesame oil on a frying pan, and bake ATSUAGE like beef steaks.
- Put ATSUAGE on a plate and pour sauce.
- Decorate with snow peas.
