Avocado roll is good with sweet and deep sauce. We recommend to use YAMAGEN KABAYAKI
NO TARE for this recipe.

|Eel or Chicken||1|
|YAKINORI (Baked seaweed)||1 sheet|
|YAMAGEN KABAYAKI NO TARE||as you like|
|Mayonnaise||if you like|
How to make AVOCADO ROLL
- Make SUMESHI (Vinegar rice). Mix vinegar, sugar and salt and put on the steam rice. Mix lightly.
- Prepare fish or chicken. Bake with pan and put KABAYAKI NO TARE finally. Adjust the length as same as YAKINORI.
- Cut Avocado into bars.
- Prepare MAKISU (bamboo mat for Sushi) or plastic wrap which is bigger than YAKINORI. Put YAKINORI on Makisu or wrap. Put the vinegar rice evenly on YAKINORI. Put fillings on the vinegar rice. Roll from the front to the back.
- Cut and place on the plate. Put YAMAGEN KABAYAKI NO TARE.
TEMAKI ZUSHI (hand roll sushi) is easier.
