Black Fried Rice

Fried rice with Toyama Black Soy sauce. This recipe is collaborated with MENYA IROHA.

Ingredients(2servings)
| Steamed Rice | 400g |
| Egg | 2 |
| Garlic (sliced) | 1 clove |
| Oil | 2 tbsp. |
| Char-siu pork (chopped) | 80g |
| White spring onion (chopped) | 40g |
| Toyama Black Soy sauce | 2 tbsp. |
| Chicken soup stock powder | 1 tsp. |

How to make Black Fried Rice

- Put steamed rice and egg in a bowl and mix them using a rice paddle in a cutting action.

- Prepare a pan, put oil and garlic and heat them on middle heat until the garlic gets gold color
- 3
- Put the mixture of rice and egg in the pan. Change the heat from middle to high.

- After the rice gets gold color, put char-siu pork and spring onion, heat for 1 min. Then, put Toyama black soy sauce and chicken soup stock powder and mix them lightly.
・Chinese chive is also good instead of spring onion.
・Choose fresh and safe raw egg.
