SUBUTA is one of the most popular Chinese dish in Japan. This is super easy menu with MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE. Arranged for Japanese taste.

Ingredients(3~4servings)
| Pork | 200g |
| Onion | 1 |
| Carrot | 1 |
| Paprika | 2 |
| Pineapple | as you like |
| MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SAUCE | 4 tbsn. |
| Water | 4 tbsn. |
| Starch | 1 tbsn. |

How to make SUBUTA (sweet‐and‐sour pork)

- Cut pork, onion, carrot, paprika, pineapple into 2cm. Mix MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE, Water and starch.

- Put starch on the pork.

- Put oil on the frying pan up to 1cm height. Fry the pork.

- Take off the excess oil from the pan and fry vegetables on the same pan.

- Put the fried pork and mixture of MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE. Heat until the texture becomes a little sticky.
