| Milk | 200ml |
| Gelatin | 5g |
| Boiling water | 50ml |

How to make AMAZAKE MILK PUDDING

- Mix Amazake and milk.

- Melt gelatin with hot water (80℃).

- (2) add into (1) and mix it.

- Put (3) in serving cups and refrigerate them until set, about 3 hours.

- (Peach sauce recipe) Puree peach and its syrup with mixer or blender.

- Spoon the sauce over Amazake milk pudding and serve.
