Non-additive Amazake with natural SAKURA flowers
It was in 1772 that we started to make Koji (malted rice) in Takaoka. This based product named “0 (zero)” is a KOJI DRINK (AMAZAKE or rice yogurt) made from just two ingredients, rice and water. For spring term, we combine Amazake and Sakura (cherry blossom). The taste is similar to Japanese traditional sweets, SAKURA MOCHI (cherry blossom rice cake). Enjoy it straight but also mix with milk or ice in freezer.
